We have sold 3 houses previous to this one. Mikaela Rios has been the best realtor we've had by far. She's very professional, detail oriented and kind on top of it. She did a fantastic job marketing our house and keeping us well informed about all the details. We were very lucky to sell our house in a timely manor especially for the neighborhood we were in and I know Mikaela had a lot to do with that. She's the best!

I've used Keller Williams Corp. for four property transactions in two different states now, because the national company has such good expertise and resources for interstate moves. I liked KW Heritage, here in San Antonio, and especially Eric Seeman, for helping me through the process of buying a home on my own at age 65 and a single female. He was constantly proactive, preventing issues before they occurred. And he patiently answered all my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend him and KW Heritage!

Our realtor Francheska provided real expectations, honesty and top notch service. Our house purchase process was smooth thanks to her, we didn't had the need to follow up as she always was a step ahead keeping us informed. A prior house purchase with a different realtor, I had to constantly be the one asking for updates, but with her was totally different, we felt well taken care of, she ensured the builder finished up pending items after closing, provided all kind of details and steps to follow. Her passion to help was demonstrated in every step of the way and was very happy to have chosen her to be our realtor.
